Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices, product availability, and services may change at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizes, quantities, colors, spelling, artwork, and shipping information before submitting an order.

Custom Products

Many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed specifically for each customer.

Once production has started, custom orders may not be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases where Designs & Prints LLC has made an error.

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality, print-ready artwork.

By submitting artwork, logos, photos, or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use and reproduce those materials.

Designs & Prints LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order that we believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct transfer size, gang sheet size, quantity, and artwork placement.

Uploaded gang sheets should be correctly sized and ready to print. We are not responsible for errors contained in customer-created or customer-uploaded files.

Additional artwork services, such as background removal, graphic upscaling, modifications, or proofs, may be available for an additional charge.

Colors & Print Appearance

Colors displayed on phones, computers, and other screens may differ slightly from the final printed product.

While we work to provide vibrant, high-quality printing, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically arranged in advance.

DTF Application

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers using suitable equipment and pressing settings.

We are not responsible for transfers damaged because of incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, peeling method, or application technique.

Please review our DTF Pressing Instructions before applying your transfers.

Turnaround Times

Production and turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product availability, artwork requirements, quantity, and other circumstances.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are customized, most custom orders are final sale.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be provided when an order is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Designs & Prints LLC.

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its security, operation, or functionality.

Website content, including text, graphics, branding, product images, and original designs, may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Designs & Prints LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, services, or website.

Our liability related to an order will generally not exceed the amount paid for that order, where permitted by law.
