Return and Refund Policy

At Designs & Prints LLC, every order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed specifically for you, returns and refunds are limited.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom apparel, DTF transfers, gang sheets, personalized products, and custom-designed items are considered final sale once production has started.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

• Customer-approved artwork or spelling errors

• Low-quality artwork provided by the customer

• Incorrect gang sheet sizes or files uploaded by the customer

• Color differences caused by screen or monitor settings

• Change of mind after production has started

Please carefully review your size, artwork, spelling, quantities, and order details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

DTF Transfers

Customers are responsible for following our recommended DTF Pressing Instructions. We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, or application method.

We recommend testing your heat press settings before applying large quantities of transfers.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Orders that have already entered design, printing, or production may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
