At Designs & Prints LLC, we work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order quantity, artwork requirements, customization, and current order volume.

Custom apparel and personalized orders may require additional production time.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for making sure their shipping address is complete and correct before submitting an order.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

• Carrier delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Other circumstances outside our control

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Designs & Prints LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received.

If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. We are also happy to assist when possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged packaging

• Clear photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
